• Request to FMCG company for balance confirmation FY 2017-2018

I want a legal language to be drafted for the FMCG company asking the following things:-
1.Balance scheme money to be taken till FEB-2018 which has been distributed by M/s SSons 
2.Maintenance Payout distributed on behalf of FMCG company to retailers in the market by SSons
3 Balance Salaries and Distribution cost of distribution distributed by M/s S sons which needs to be reconciled and has to be paid by FMCG company to M/S Ssons
4.The Questioner should deeply talk about the money which we have to take from the FMCG company till Feb-2018 as our balance sheet is showing a loss because of discount /schemes/ payout

From big FMCG companies, you can ask the balance confirmation in the form of ledger to reconcile the amount incurred by you.

It will be difficult to give a draft agreement/notice without seeing supporting documents and understanding the facts of the case. I suggest that you may draft a letter to the FMCG Company in your own language and style and then get it reframed into legal drafting with the help of a CA or CS or lawyer.

Hi,

You draft should be in the form a demand notice asking for due amounts which have not been paid till date.

It shall form the basis of any future litigation that may arise because of any disputes arising thereon.
