Hi
You don't require a CA certificate. You fall under clause a).
Hi - I am applying for IGST refund , - "Exports of services- with payment of IGST". Refund amount is more than 2 Lakh . It is mentioned that CA certificate is needed if the refund amount is more than 2 LAKH. It is also mentioned that for following CASE CA Certificate is not needed. Can you please give some overview on "clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (c) or clause (d) or clause (f) of sub-section (8) of section 54 of the Act". and if it is applied on my case . I mean am I claiming refund under following clauses..? --------------------------------------------- Note - This CA Certificate is not required to be furnished by the applicant, claiming refund under clause (a) or clause (b) or clause (c) or clause (d) or clause (f) of sub-section (8) of section 54 of the Act. --------------------------------------------- Thank you

Dear Sir,
There is no need of CA certificate as you paid IGST on export of services.
CA certificate is required to certify that there is no unjust enrichment.
Thanks
