how to make term sheet for Angel Investors for an indian newly built ecommerce Startup,main source of income is commision from the product sale 
1.For 1 year
2.10Lac min  investment 
3.with exit claus from both the partys
4.After one year money can be returned with interest or invester can stick to his investmenrt 

Stage of the startup:
Ecommerce live 
no tranjaction happned 
last financial year all cash tranjaction happned 
products added worth 1cr to the commerce,none of the product bought
revenue source fron commision and listing of products

Hi,

Apologies but i guess it may be better for you to work personally with someone to get the sheets built as it would require assessment of the various clauses.

It is a working or draft document before preparation of final agreement with the angel investors. It basically revolves around funding, corporate governance and liquidation. I think you should consult some good consulting who has experience in dealing with the preparation of such agreements of the startup/e-commerce.
