I'm buying an apartment in Bangalore from the land owner share and they are charging 12% GST on the total value, that includes Total basic price+ Car Parking+ KPTCL & BWSSB (Electric and Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board) + Club membership charges. I'm not much aware on GST so could you please help here. Do I need to pay GST on Land owner apartment, if yes, do I need to pay GST on all the above charges(Including basic and other mention cost).

If it is an under-construction property, you will be liable to pay the GST on the same.

On ready to move apartment there is no GST applicability. If you are buying under construction property then you need to pay GST @12% but it appears that you are buying a ready to move apartment on which there is no GST applicability.

No matter the property is purchased from the land owner or the builder, GST shall be applicable if the property is under construction at the time of purchase. If you're buying a ready to move in property, no GST shall be applicable.
