Hi,

Can you share the break up of your salary and the claims that you have taken. It seems that you are paying a lot of taxes and not claiming all the benefits that you can take.

You can share the details at nikhil.khanna@ rediffmail.com and I can then suggest. Alternatively you can connect with me to discuss this in details.

Regards,

Nikhil.

Hi,

You can avail beneift of HRA deduction, LTA deduction, meal coupons etc. to save your taxes.

You can also opt for nps.

In order to do a complete ctc structuring, we need to understand about the policy of your company, your preferences etc.

Company deduct TDS after real break up only i.e. giving effect of all the exemptions and deductions. My advice is to wait till 15.06.2018 till the time you get Form 16 from the company. If there will be any excess or shortfall in breakup, we will recalculate the tax again.

For next F.Y. 2018-19, you need to share your pay slip and appointment letter at the below email I'd for further discussion.

My email I'd is [deleted]. You can share your FORM 16.

Hi

For the FY 17-18, you will receive the salary break up in Form 16 that you will receive from your company. You can show the same in the income tax returns. The tax would have been deducted correctly depending in the salary break up. We can recheck the same for you.

For FY 18-19, salary structure can be changed and planned in such a way so as to minimize the taxes. This would depend on the company policies and income tax allowability of various break ups. We may help you with salary structuring.

The TDS of Rs 51000/- shows that it has not been deducted on all the amounts . So please get the break -up of the salary and find the taxable and non taxable amount . Further please ask form 16 from the employer so that you can calculate the tax liability and file the ITR .

This is the real tax. You may have to restructure your salary or/and invest u/s 80c to take full benefit of exemptions.
