Hi Dharminder

You will need a No Objection Certificate from your father. The NOC was to be submitted with the GST registration form ideally.

We may help you with preparing and submitting the same.

HI,

There is a specific format of consent letter where you may fill the details and get the same signed from your father.

The scan copy of that letter needs to be uploaded on the portal. For the format of consent letter, please send me a test mail on [deleted] and I shall share the specimen with you.

Thanks

Hi Dharminder,

The copy paste of signature will not work. You may send the word file to him. He may sign on the same and share the photo or scan of the signed consent letter to you. Then you may upload it on the portal.

Thanks

Hi,

You will need to get a consent letter from your father and upload the scanned copy of the same.

Do not try copy pasting signatures from one document to the other. Get the original signatures.

Such acts are not advisable.

Please send a copy of the document to your father and get it signed. You can then upload the scanned copy of the signed document on GST portal.

Hi,

You need to upload the NOC taken from your father on the GST portal.

NOC should be signed by your father and then you can scan that signed document and upload the same.

you can use following text.

No objection Certificate

To whom so ever it may concern

This is to certify that (Name of Your Dad) S/o (grand father's Name) owner of the property ( Address) have permitted & allowed ( your business name) for operating and conducting their business from Address mentioned above.

i further state that i have no objection if (your business name ) uses the address of the said premises as their mailing address.

Sign of dad.

( Please dont copy paste your dad's signature - get the printout of above text & get it signed & then take pic , convert it to pdf & reply to show cause notice)
