It is good to go but you need to attach either electricity bill or house tax receipt in the name of your father bearing house no.mentioned in the NOC. Without any of the documentary proof, problem will not solve.

Hi,

The letter looks fine. However, you need to attach proof of ownership of your father with this letter. For eg. Electricity bill containing your father's name on it.

Hi Mr. Dharminder

Its good to hear that you started your own business.

As far as GST registration process in concern, you have to submit any address proof where you are running your business. So if property is belongs to person (your father) other than applicant (i.e you in that case) then you have to submit either rent agreement with your father or Non objection certificate/Consent letter.

You should have to reply positevly by attaching any of the above 2 documents.

Hope you will get your registration certificate very soon.

Regards

Seems to be fine. You may also provide relationship proof as your PAN evidencing the landlord is your father and that you live at the same place.

Just attach NOC with electricity bill under Action tab. This is the only response. Will take 15 days for rectification.

No need to give any detailed response to them. They have asked for consent letter from owner & your consent letter is itself a response.

I would be able to help you in more better way if you mail me the show cause notice on my ID [deleted]

Refer to the notice no. and say please find attached NOC as required. Its more of a procedural issue and should not be any major issue.

Dear Sir/Mam,

Noc Provided by you is sufficient enough to attach against show cause notice of GST Department. In comment box at gst portal you have to mention that " the said business place is on the name of my father & a copy of NOC is attached as required".
