Dear Sir,
1) Yes online it needs to be submitted for each month individually.
2) Take the printout of online submitted applications and submit manually to the jurisdictional AO along with export invoices ,FIRC copies and covering letter.
3) Also if the refund amount is more than Rs. 2 lacs, you need a certificate from CA that the credit has not been passed.
4) Copy of cancelled cheque.
5) Copies of GSTR 3B and GSTR 1
Thanks
Hi
Yes, the refund form needs to be filed monthly.
For claiming refund of accumulated ITC, also attach invoice copies of ITC claims and GSTR copies to prove non- utilization of ITC.
Hi
Refund application form to be filled separately for all months so yes you have to file 9 forms for it.
Apart from invoice and FIRC ,you need GSTR copies for claiming ITC.

Okay. You mean I need CA certificate also ,this time . But last month I got refund for IGST payment on Export ( I did not have LUT for few months ) . But no CA certificate was needed, amount was more than 2 Lakh. You mean for getting refund on Accumulated ITC ( for export/import) I must need CA certificate ? Thanks
A CA certificate is required only when amount of refund claim exceeds Rs. 2 lacs. If it is less than Rs. 2 lacs, your self declaration shall suffice the requirement.
Yes, you will need to submit CA certificate if the amount of refund claim is more than 2 lakhs.

Nikhil.
