• Legal information about taxation and book maintenance and banking

(1)if my company and its susbdiaries registered under banking regulations under rbi act i have to inform (1) name change to rbi bank?
(2)name change and merger and amalgamation is same thing.
(3)Me and my subsidiary companies use my old name in my bank books?
(4)in passbooks old name can be changed?any transcation or entry can be change or edited.for old transcations i can use my new name of companies.
(5)the Book of accounts can be different for rbi ,sebi or nse?
(6)is kyc is mandatory document ?any once can change or manipulate in mca (member client agreemnet).
(7)bank has any right to give wrong information in any court room?if bank is giving wrong infromation about its policies ?is it violation of putf norm or not?
(8)any bank give wrong information about kyc ?
(9)after giving any information to customer bank can change its statement?
(10)third party raise objection in itat?what is procedure.
(11)any incometax official can verify any fake document as correct?or change any document or add any document and verify and attest it.(is it fraud as per it act 2000).

3) You need to get it changed. It will complicate things later.

4) Yes you can opt for new passbook. NO entry can be edited or changed. Yes for old transaction you can use new name.
