• Individual ITR 3 and partnership firm ITR 4

So for individual i have to file ITR 3 and for partnership firm i have to file ITR 4 without auditor.

Hi

Yes, you need to file ITR 3 for yourself and ITR 4 for the firm.

Since you are claiming presumptive taxation 44AD and declaring 8% profits, you don't need audit of accounts. Also, maintenance of books of accounts is not mandatory. File the firm's return as a No Accounts Case.

For individual it's ITR 3 and if you are filing under 44AD you have to use ITR 4

If filling return under presumptive tax then only use itr 4 other use itr 3 for both firm partner and individual.
