• Input tax credit

Iam a sweet manufacturer.. have micro scale work ... manufacture sweets and supply to other sweet shpos and restaurant... 
as new govt norms restaurant owners can't claim itc on raw materials used... do i also fall in this category..?
Do iam not eligible to claim input tax credit for raw materials used in sweet manufacturing..?
Iam not having restuarnt type outlet.. mainly engaged in manufacturing of sweets and milk products

I think you will be included under the definition of restaurant and food and therefore you just need to pay 5% tax on output without taking the input credit.
