• Sweet shop GST

Iam having sweet shop ... manufacture sweets on its own.
Having sale over the counter and also supply to other shop .. not having sitting area as does the restaurants have... do iam eligibel for input tax credit as restaurant are not eligible under gst..
Do my sweet shop be treated as restaurant?
