Hi, I have 2 Questions : 1> Can you please tell me if GSTR-9 GSTR-9C available now for filing in GST portal. I was informed those are not yet available for filing in Online ? Is there a separate oFFline form ....After filing do we just need to upload online ... Or there is a Direct online filing system like GSTR-1 ..? 2> Can you please tell me if AOC-4 , MGT-7 needs to be filed for LLP ? Thanks

- In some lgin, GSTR-9 is appearing. 9C still not come. Check your account regularly.
- No offline utlity till date.
- For LLP, Form 8 and 11 needs to be submiited.AOC-4 and MGT-7 are for companies.

For LIP, Form 8 and 11 needs to be filed.
