You can find it in your Tan login on traces website.

If you are paying it to a resident you need to deduct TDS @10%.

Hope you find the information helpful if you do please rate it 5 and provide your valuable feedback for my improvement.

Thank you

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well !!

1. Here are steps through which a taxpayer can download the TDS return forms:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NSDL at https://www.tin-nsdl.com/

Step 2: Click the “Downloads” tab and choose E-TDS/E-TCS from the drop down list menu

Step 3: Click “Quarterly Returns” and then choose “Regular”

Step 4: You will be redirected to the new page

Step 5: Choose the TDS Return Form as per the requirement mentioned under section “Form”

2. You are required to deduct 10% tds for CA professional fees.

The TDS rate applicable for fee for professional or technical services is 10%.

TDS need not be deducted on payment of upto Rs.30,000 for each type of income separately.

Hi,

1) PDF copy of the returns filed can be downloaded from the TDS portal online. (www.tdscpc.gov.in)

2) TDS rate is 10% that you have to deduct for professional fee. In case of non - availability of PAN number of the concerned professional, you have to deduct at the rate of 20%.

Thanks
