Notice from criminal and investigation income tax department

Im specialized into direct tax litigation. I have been seeing these cases for quite a while now. Once income tax department issues notice to you, it is expected that they would send for subsequent years too. Specially stock market trading has caught the eye of income tax department these days. IT Department has been handing over the cases to criminal department and there is nothing to worry on that. Right method followed would give you the relief as long as prompt replies are given on behalf of you.

There is an investigation wing in income tax department but there is no such department in income tax department as far as i know and once your case has been settled on one ground they cant reopen the case on same grounds.
