Can one company with one GST number can collect two slabs of tax for eg. few products @5% and few products at 12% at different point of sales

Normally the same is allowed, however as you have mentioned that you are running the restaurant, therefore, the rate of 12% is not applicable. All food and beverage items, except alcoholic liquor, are taxable @ 5%.

Yes,it is possible if you collect 5% on fewer products & 12% on few other products.

Yes you can collect GST at 2 rates under single GST number and in restaurant business most items are taxed at 5% but if some items attracts 12% GST you can charge it under same number.
