Dear Sir,

The Due date of filing GST return for September 2019 and the Date of filing GST Annual Return for FY 2018-19 whichever is earlier will be the time period within you can show the outward supplies and claim the ITC.

Hello Sir/Madam,

As per GST Act, time limit for disclosing invoices/taking ITC of FY 2018-19 is due date of filling of GST Return of September 2019 i.e. 20 October,2019 or date of Filling of Annual Return (due date of which is 31 December 2019)

thus practically you can take ITC or disclose Invoice of FY 2018-19 up to 20th October 2019.

hope your query resolved now.

Hello Sir,

Time limit for showing outward supply bill for FY 2018-19 as below:

The due date of filing return for September 2019 (i.e 20th Oct 2019) or filing annual return for FY 2018-19 (i.e 31st December 2019. ), whichever is earlier.

So, you can disclose the pending bills upto 20th Oct 2019.

Hello,

You can declare any missed outward supply of F.Y. 2018-19 up to the date of filing of GSTR-3B of Sep. 2019(i.e. 20th Oct 2019) or date of filing of annual return, whichever is earlier.

I hope this answer satisfies your requirement.

You must do it before 20 Oct 2019 if no announcement comes from government as due date for claiming credit is date of filing GSTR 3B for september 2019 or due date of annual return whichever is earlier.

Hope you find the information helpful if you do please rate it 5 and provide your valuable feedback for my improvement.

Thank you.

Hi

It is advisable to show the outward supply in GSTR 3B up to Sep 19 so that due reconciliations for GSTR 9 and 9C could be done for FY 18-19.

There is no Time Limit for showing outward supply theoretically. You can show it at any of your succeeding GST returns.

There is no time limit for declaring outward supply for F.Y.2018-19 but it is advisable to disclose it before filing return of sep 2019 or annual return whichever is earlier. So that you can easily reconcile your annual return.

You can also show your outward liability through form drc-03 and intimate your jurisdictional officer regarding the same.

Thank you.

Please rate.
