Yes, LUT shall be required to classify it as export of service.

I assume the service receiver in your case is outside India.

In case of intermediary service generally place of supply is place of intermediary, since you are in India you can't apply for LUT and say its an export of service so I dont think applying for LUT would be useful for you.
