• Buying a car in the Firm name

Hi, my question is that can a LLP buy vehicle (car) in its own name, if yes, will expenses like EMI, depreciation, drivers’ salary allowed as deduction from the tax point of view in the financial statements of the firm. Also is it applicable only to a new car or does it even apply to a used car.

Thank you.
