• Registration charges tax deductible

I am looking to get a personal loan to pay for registration charges of my newly bought flat. Since part of the registration is being paid via a personal loan, can i show the registration amount for deduction under 80c.

Yes you can claim deduction of registration charges under section 80C even if it's via personal loan but you can't deduct principal amount if it's personal loan.
