We got workorder for constructing 500 houses to be given to tribal people in kollam district of kerala. The house is sponsored by HRDS(The Highrange Rural Development Society) under "Sadhgraha Tribal Housing Project). Query is GST applicable
If you are providing construction/ works contract service you need to charge GST.
Even if they are trust.
Even government need to pay GST on its contract.
