My daughter & Son in law has gave me POA in 2007 for full power for use, sell ect for there flat. They have decided to sell the flat and purchase of new residence property. For sell of flat they have send confirmation of POA in letast date. They have also send new POA for purchase of new property in same both name. 1 Can i sell & sign sell deed and purchase deed, without any financial burdon to me and without any legal problem ?
