Under Gst bill to ship 
Actually I have a order from USA but ship to India oly on direction of USA section 10(1) (b) IGST act bill to ship model is oly domestic transaction not for international transaction because section 10(1) (b) igst act Place of supply is principles of place of business hence bill to ship 
Not applicable kindly please best ur answer n vivew

Hi

 

If you go by the IGST Act, bill shall be issued in name of the person in USA who has placed the order. However, this is not an export. You need to mention the place of supply as "other territory" in GST returns.

However, we won't advise you to enter into such transaction. It would be advisable to bill in the name of Indian person only as this may be a FEMA violation.

1. Issue invoice in name of person of usa who raised the order.
