- As the monthly bill is Rs.7900 and gas and electricity is supplied through society generator, GSt is applicable on the value Rs.7900. GST will not levied on interest on corpus funds.
Regarding GST payment
Dear sir/ madam. I stay in an apartment with 89 flats.our annual maintenance turnover is 90 lacs.our association is collecting maintenance of 7300 per month for flat and collecting gas and electricity supplied through generator of association under separate account which comes to around 600 rs per month.will gst be applied on the total amount of rs 7900 or only for rs 600 per month. Our association interest on corpus fund earnings is around 16lakhs and used for maintenance .shall it be added to monthly maintenance of the members monthly maintenance of rs 7300 or not for gst.

GST will be applied on total amount. The corpus earning will be added to maintenance.
