Hi

Yes, to upload the 9C reconciliation statement, your CA would need your login credentials. Once the statement is uploaded with CA's DSC, you need to upload financials and other documents and upload with your DSC.

To check 9C, go to returns - annual return - select respective financial year - select 9C and download the statement. It would contain the details of the CA who has signed and uploaded the same.

- GSTR-9 is an annual statement. It does not get audited. GSTR-9C is a reconciliation statement which needs audit.

-To know the auditors details, download GSTR-9C from the portal under services menu.

- To upload GSTR-9C, CA needs login credentials. To work on GSTR-9C, he can download the excel utility and work on it offline.

1. Download the PDF GSTR-9C, at the end, you will find the Chartered Accountants name and his membership number, and his address also.

2. It is not necessary to provide the GST portal username and password to the CA. He can send you the signed JSON file of GSTR-9C and you can upload the same on your own.

Trust this clarifies.
