• Merger of Society and Trust in Section 8 Company

Can an existing Society and Trust be merge in Section 8 Company , If all carry same Objectives.

Note :
All has same objectives.
We need to merge the Society and Trust and not conversion.
Trust do have Immovable Property under their Name.
