• Travel Insurance - Assisting by travel agent with insurance agent

Assisting as a travel agent for a travel insurance agents, - Do not collect anything apart from premium from passengers. 

Commission is paid in return by insurance companies, as far as insurance co., is responsible under RCM for ST, since we dont charge anything from passenger we need not to pay ST on this. 


Is this correct or not as per my understanding.
