I work for a US company. The company is not listed in India Stock exchange. Company has allotted RSU for me which got vested. I need help in filling Schedule FA - A3: Details of Foreign Equity and Debt Interest held section.

Let's say 300 unites of stocks got vested, out of which 25 unites were held back for "Sell to Cover" for taking care tax.

Event though I have the stocks, I have not sold them.

3) Peak value of investment during the Period
4) Closing Value
5) Total gross amount paid/credited with respect to the holding during the period
6) Total gross proceeds from sale or redemption of investment during the period

1) Date of acquiring the interest: Date when you vested the stocks

2) Initial value of the investment: The value of shares on the date when they were issued to you as the difference between cash payment and FMV of shares must have been shown as perquisite in your ITR

3) Peak value of investment during the Period: The highest value of investment

4) Closing Value: Closing value of investment as on 31.12.2020

5) Total gross amount paid/credited with respect to the holding during the period: Did you receive any income

Hope you find the information helpful, if yes do rate if 5 and provide your valuable feedback for my improvement.
