Fuel & maintenance for 4 wheeler exemption in ITR

Hello sir,

My name is Vikas Kumar Keshri. I am a Reliance Power Employee. I forget to submit my Car documents for income tax exemption, hence in form 16 I didn't get exemption for the same. Now I would like to take exemption while filling income tax return but I don't know how to take it.

Plz advice, how can I take the benefit of aforesaid.
