Foreign Account Disclosure
I stayed for 143 days in India in last financial year and then came to US as a part of work assignment from my company. Prior to coming here I was in India for more than 5 years. Current I have salary accounts in US , do I need to declare them while filing returns in India.

The disclosure of foreign account transactions is mandatory only for Residents.
Since you are not a resident during last financial year, you may not disclose foreign account.
