Franchise accounting

In a franchise agreement ,If the revenue drops into the account of the franchisor and is them transferred to the franchisee on the basis of the franchise agreement ,can it be disallowed as a expense for the franchisor.How should it be accounted.Will the amount transferred to the franchisee attract tds
