Hi, I am in the 30% TAX Braket. Recently, in July, I sold a Flat for 60 Lacs which I bought for 42 Lacs in Oct 2012 and made a profit of 18 Lacs. I am planning to utilize this Profit of 18 Lacs in another property next month. Please let me know how much TAX should I pay for this ? Thanks. Regards, Dwaipayan
