TDS for property having Joint owners
I have purchased a new property which has 1 seller and 4 joint owners.My father , Mother ,myself and my spouse are the joint owners. We are paying the seller split amount and the property value is 7400000 /- . Now my issue is , since my spouse is a house wife , should I generate the 26AS form for her as well , because her contribution is nil ?Also there is a 20 lakh loan which I am taking , so do I have to pay the TDS for that after the loan amount is disbursed to the seller.
