• Document proof in lieu of salary

if someones salary is 15000 p.m and the employer is not issuing salary slip or form 16 as no tax is deducted from the salary..what other document can he ask for as  a proof of receipt of salary..

You can ask for salary certificate on the letter head of the company. This will be sufficient.

If you are receiving salary through account payee chq. then your bank statement is enough for proof.

If you are receiving salary through cash then it necessary to get written document from your employer as proof.
