Dear Sir,
If the property is in your father's name, your mother cannot show part income in her name.
Please feel free to call/revert in case of any doubts

Dear Concern,
If your mother is not co-owner your father cannot transfer the House rent income.
The same will be clubbed in hand of trasferor as per section 60 i.e the amount transferred will be taxable in the hands of your father.
For any further clarification feel free to contact us.
Hello Sir,
If your mother is not a joint owner then it is difficult to show the rental income in her name. It will taxed as your fathers income only.
Trust this clarifies your query.
Feel free to call / get back in case of further clarifications.
Thanking You.
