Hiii....

Service Tax is Applicable as under

1. above Rs. 10 Lakhs receipts (if we not charge from customers up to Rs. 10 Lakhs)

2. above Rs. 10 Lakhs receipts it is mandatory even if we not charged from customers

3. if below Rs. 10 Lakhs receipts we charge from customers than we have to pay to take registration and pay to govt. amount of service tax which we collect from customer.

Hi,

Although Service Tax is required to be paid only when the aggregate value of services provided exceeds Rs. 10 Lakhs in a financial year, the service tax provider is required to apply for Registration for Service Tax within 30 days of his turnover exceeding Rs. 9 Lakhs.

So you are required to keep a track, once the revenue increased to Rs 9 lakhs you need to apply for registration and

need to charge service tax once revenue reached Rs 10 Lakhs.

Dear Sir,

Service Tax is required to be paid as and when the aggregate value of services provided exceeds INR 10 Lakhs in a financial year. However, you have to apply for service tax registration within 30 days of your turnover exceeding INR 9 Lakhs.
