Dear Sir,

I have running my own business Pvt Ltd. I have provided some IT related services to a company. Total bill is come around 25 lakh out of this 15 lakh they have paid me but 10 lakh yet to be paid.

Now as per my agreement with them they have to pay service tax behalf of my company.
on the other side on 15 lakh amount 1.5 lakh TDS already they has deducted earlier but no certificates provided o us..

Now we have some clashes in between us. I have made some RTI enquiry regarding their some project, and bills..because actual project has to finish in 4-5 months but still its going on.

What can i do?
How can force them to pay service tax and TDS?
Can i file legal?
Where can i make their complaint IT or any other department? they are ltd company having 250 cr turnover...

Dear Sir

You can approach assessing officer of the concerned company and write him with all the available details that the company has deducted your TDS but not provided TDS certificate.

But before doing that, first check your 26AS. Check whether your TDS is appearing in 26AS. If it is appearing, you don't need the TDS certificates at all.

Further, you can also approach to sebi for these matters, if it's a listed company.

Please feel free to call/revert in case of any doubts

Thanks and Regards
