Hi Jay,
You can not surrender the PAN online. You have to write to your Assessing officer for surrendering the PAN mentioning the reasons for the same and realted documents

Does the dessolution deed has to be on stamp paper if yes than what should be the value. first party of stamp paper and second party of stamp paper would ? How to know who is my AO? @ Abhishek Dagar- What are the related documents ? Thanks
Jay, if your have disolved the firm then it could be dissolution deed along with the copy of PAN.

You need to submit physical copy of covering letter along with the original PAN & Partnership surrender letter to your Assessing Officer (Can be seen from incometax indiaefiling website)
