The capital gain deposit scheme is notified by Central Government. The deposit account can be opened in Pune itself though the said property was located in Bihar, provided the said bank is notified by Central Government for this scheme.

Form A needs to be filled and furnished at the time of opening the Capital gains account . This could be supported by necessary documents mentioned in the said Form itself.

Hello,

You will have to compute your Capital Gain first and then deposit the same by opening a Capital Gain Account Scheme. No formalities as such, the bank may need a copy of your Sale Deed.
