Good Morning

In GST no centralised Registration like you have in service tax, under GST Act state centralised concept introduced I.e. In Maharashtra you have to take a single registration for all your branches and in other states you have to take separate registration same as in Maharashtra

Registration window will open On 27 June there you can take new registration

On gst.gov.in

After migration you have to file REG 25 form for Getting GST RC in this form you can add branches as additional place of business in same state (documents for proof same as you submit at the time of migration)

Procedure are almost same as done in migration form

Hello,

In GST, there is no concept of centralized registration. You will be required to opt for registration in each and every state you have a branch or an office.

On the GST website you can fill the migration form, attach the respective documents like PAN, Business Proof, Bank Statement, Copy of Resolution etc. Sign and upload the form using a DSC. Post verification of your form and attached documents you shall be allotted a GST Number by the authorities. The GST Certificate will be available online after 27th June 2017.

Hello,

You are listed in the BSE and you still have not migrated to GST ? What are your TAX, Stat and Internal Auditors doing ?

Firstly, there is no Centralised Registration under the GST Act, so you will have to take separate registrations for separate states under GST.

In order to apply for GST, you will have to log in with your provisional id on the GST website, fill out the migration form and submit the same with a digital signature. Post verification of the form and the documents attached you will obtain your GST number. GST Certificates shall be available online post 27th June 2017.

Basic documents required for GST are PAN of Company, PAN of Director, Place of Business Proof of the Company, Latest Bank Statement of the Company, Copy of Resolution.

Trust this clarifies your query.

Feel free to call / get back in case of further clarifications.

Thanking You.
