Hello,

To start with in case you want to file your returns and get carry forward your losses you will have to prepare your books of accounts and get them audited by a Chartered Accountant.

You cannot file a return and carry forward your losses without getting your audit done.

The cost totally depends on the professional who will be doing the work for you. There is straight jacket answer for it.

Just make sure you dont file your returns without an audit report, you will loose out on all your losses and your return will be defective.

Trust this clarifies your query.
