Forms

I have started a business of textile and readymade cloth shop with tin and cst number.now i have i am confused of the forms showed in filing sales tax returns online
1.purchase form 
2.sales form

Sir i have uploaded...... Annx-01-1st_Schedule_Goods_Purchased_from_Registered_Dealer_v1.0 for purchase and for sales if i upload Form K it shows your subbmited form is wrong then i tried many types of forms and  for every form it shows the same error please help me
