Hello sir I want to import almonds in shell then crack them and re export the almonds in small packing Now there is import duty of 30 percent on almonds I don't want to pay the duty as I m exportingbthem Where do I get the advance license to import and export ? Can I make unit in SEZ in NcR area ? Can I make EOU ? What are my options to do that ?

If you have no plans of selling them in India then you may opt for a 100% EOU. That will help you in Export Import as well as Income Tax.
