ITR3 section 44ADA XML error

AY 2017-2018

I have filled up ITR3 under section 44ADA but getting following warning message while generating XML .Is this warning normal .
"Please ensure that the relevant fields of Profit&Loss and Balance Sheet are filled else return of income may be treated as defective u/s139(9)"

But I have Capital Gain , both STCG and LTCG in shares .

Hi,

This error is appearing because it is compulsory to enter balance sheet and profit and loss account in ITR 3.

But I  Have selected No account in Sheet General

Are you liable to maintain accounts as per section 44AA?  NO
Then why it is compulsory to enter balance sheet and profit and loss account in ITR 3. under 44ADA

Hello,

If you file ITR-3, then it is mandatory to file profit n loss and Balance sheet or else it will be treated as an Invalid Return.
