• Newly incorporated LLP

Hi,
I am in the process of developing an Online Content Writing platform, which aims at providing writing services to national and international clients. Further, I am incorporating it in the form of a LLP. What will be the Tax registration requirements following the incorporation?

Will you be selling goods in your state only?

In case you have inter state supplies, registration under GST is mandatory.

Hi Anurag,

As per GST, export of services are considered as inter state supplies.

For such exports which may be zero rated, the registration requirements are still debatable. We expect a clarification soon in this regard. Right now, we are advising our clients to get registered.

Also, for the domestic clients I assume they'll be in other states as well.

And for inter state supplies, irrespective of the turnover, registration under GST is mandatory.

Yeah it is mandatory to go for GST registration because you will also be providing interstate supply of services and in case of inter state supply of services, it is mandatory to go for GST registration irrespective of the turnover.

Thanks and regards
