no you dont need to file again because GST2 is differed up to march 2018
GSTR-2 question
Hi- I have filed GSTR-2 for july last month already. But now in portal Under GSTR-2A i see a link "For action click this link GSTR-2" . When I click on that link my old GSTR-2 form opened and showing Status Submitted and "FILE RETURN " button is enabled . Should I file it .again ? Thank you

Under GST, submit return and file return are two different things. May be at that time you just submitted your return and not filed it.
If yes, you should file it.
Although GSTR2 filing has been deferred, but since you have submitted the return, file it. Submitting and filing the return are different steps in GST return filing. Filing is the final step.
