No, GST is not applicable after getting NOC or CC

If you pay advance to the landlord bfore getting CC, then GST will be applicable for your complete transaction. In other words, If you have book a flat before getting CC, then even if thebuilder gets CC after cetain stage, GST will be applicable for entire consideration.

However, if you have book the flat after getting CC, then GST will not be applicable
