GST refund
Hi- I have applied for GST refund ( IGST paid on export ). 2 months ago. I received RFD-02 then I received RFD -04 and also received 90% of refund amount in Bank. I was informed higher authority will verify it again and confirm within next 2 months. If some problem arise I need to return 90% amount again . Today I have received "Rfd-06" and showing I will received reaming 10% amount soon. .. Does it mean ; The final verification is over ? and the case is closed ? any other slip I will receive from them ? Still there is chance of cancellation ? Please explain. Thank you in advance

Ok..You mean "Complete verification" is not done yet ? I received RFD-04 and 90% amount in bank 1 month ago. In RFD-04 they have mentioned the 90% amount . Today I have received RFD-06 . RFD-06 issued before complete final verification ? Please explain . Thanks

Is it RFD-05 or RFD-06. Please check because RFD-06 is issued for adjustment against tax payable by you. Is there any tax payable by you?

Yes, with RFD 06, the verification process for refund under GST is completed.
No verifications shall be pending post such 10% refund.
Yes this means that the final verification is over.

once the assessing officer finds the refund to be true, he issues the final order in Form RFD- 06 (Final order sanctioning the amount of refund)
So as you received the notice in form of RFD 06 , your verification is complete and closed.
But it doesnt mean that it cant be opened in future, if assessing officer has evidence to prove that it was claimed by giving false documents or proofs.

RFD-06 is an Order Sanctioning Refund. So, it means verification is completed and the matter is closed.
However, you need to keep in my mind that if any deficiencies are found later, the case can be re-opened after giving you a reasonable opportunity of being heard
