There is no such pre-requisite for GST registration for a sole proprietorship concern. That is not a mandatory field in your case.

Proof of Business Registration would depend upon the Constitution of your Business, i.e. Company, LLP, Partnership or Proprietorship etc.

If you form a Company, you will have to submit the Incorporation Certificate for GST Registration.

If you form a Proprietorship Firm, there is no need to submit any business registration proof.
