If you are running an Institute of Commercial Coaching, then under the head "COMMERCIAL TRAINING OR COACHING". Otherwise under the head "OTHER TAXABLE SERVICES"

It should be in business & profession. But if the receipt is small you can consider in other sourceside also.

yes you can file your income tax return. you shall Show it as Income From other Sources.
